Zoe is a 6-year-old Huskey/ Shepherd mix. She is a very gentle, sweet girl but did have a rough past making her nervous of new people and things, she can be timid with men but will warm given time.
She is an angel on a leash---she walks like a dream. She has the husky heart for adventure and is so smart! She loves to go on adventures...with and without you! She enjoys a lot of exercise and needs a tall fence and lockable gates (due to her adventurous nature). We think she would thrive with an active family who can keep up with her energy!
She has sensitive skin and stomach, so we currently have her on special food (a bit more expensive than other foods, but not too much).
Zoe recently went on a run with one of our volunteers and this is the report: "She is super sweet, had to earn trust by being calm and brushing her, and did a 2-mile walk/jog. She was beautiful on the leash, loved walking in the grass and chased a few gophers!"
