Freya is a total love and is very attuned to the people she knows. We were told she doesn't do well with strangers, but she has been great with everyone we've introduced her to. She would be great with older children but may have a bit too much energy for small children. She is pocket sized for a German Shepherd, weighing in around 50 pounds, and we aren't expecting her to grow much more, if at all. We are waiting for her to fully heal from her spay before pairing her up with a playmate, but she has done well around other dogs under supervision inside. We have not tested her with cats yet.
Freya recently spent a few days with a foster family. They report that she did well crated, she is house trained and knows 'sit' and 'down' commands. She was in a low (3ft) fenced yard and didn't try to jump over. She likes to walk on a leash but can pull a little (she's still a pup, of course). She shows good recall in the house and yard. She does great on car rides.
