Meet Benny! This shy, timid, Chihuahua mix is currently learning what life is about. He is extremely timid and has been spending months learning how to trust humans. Benny came to us as a stray out of California. He is slowly coming out of his shell in his foster home and we are always checking in to see how he is progressing.
