Meet Aspen – Your Next Adventure Buddy!
Aspen is a 4-year-old Border Collie mix with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. Energetic, intelligent, and always ready to play, Aspen is happiest when she's running around with a toy in her mouth (and yes, she’s got a whole tote full of favorites that will come home with her!).
True to her breed, Aspen has a strong prey drive and loves to chase anything that moves — from balls to bicycles to the occasional skateboard. She walks nicely on a leash with the help of her special no-pull collar and is a great car companion for road trips or vet visits.
Around the house, Aspen is a calm and quiet presence. She’s house-trained, and never destructive with her bedding or toys. She rarely barks and respects indoor spaces, making her a lovely companion in the home.
Aspen is fairly tolerant of cats with a slow and mindful introduction. However, she prefers to be the only dog in the home, as she doesn't get along well with other pups. She would thrive in a rural or country setting where she can safely enjoy the great outdoors and have plenty of space to explore.
