Hi there! My name is Jake, and I’m a bundle of snuggles and love!
Though I’m estimated to be around 11 years old, I’m still full of energy and very spry for my age. I’m a long-haired kitty, but I keep my coat looking spiffy at all times, so you won’t need to worry about mats! That being said, if you do decide to give me a brush, I absolutely LOVE it!
I’m a total people cat. I love being petted and will happily follow you around until I get all the attention I deserve (and I’m not sure there’s such a thing as too much)! I get along great with all my roommates in the big cat room here at the shelter—there are 6 of us! Every time someone comes in (young or old), I’m the first to speed over for some love and affection.
I’m very clean and use the litterbox 100% of the time, so you won’t have to worry about me being anything but a perfect gentleman. I really hope to find my forever family soon, so if you’d like to meet me, come visit me at the shelter! I’m available for meet-and-greets Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
